ABOUT SIM IN CLASS

Sim in Class is a simulation application that we have developed with the support of TÜBİTAK, making a significant contribution to the education of teachers and teacher candidates within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1002-Use of Virtual Classroom Simulations in Teacher Training Project.

Sim in Class is a three-dimensional simulation environment designed to train teachers using interactive game elements. Its objective is to provide training to teachers across various fields of education in the realm of artificial intelligence interactions, based on real-life student profiles.

Through Sim in Class, teachers can experience a genuine classroom atmosphere by engaging with virtual students controlled by artificial intelligence. The interaction commences by examining student profiles in the classroom and advances to the application of pedagogical approaches to address undesirable student behaviors.

Sim in Class simulation provides several interfaces that facilitate different aspects of teaching, including lesson planning, classroom layout, virtual classroom environment, and evaluation of virtual classroom performances.

WHO IS SIM IN CLASS FOR ?

For Teachers;

Sim in Class offers teachers the opportunity to test and improve their skills by using alternative teaching methods without negatively impacting their students. Moreover, teachers can adapt to new approaches, information, and technologies through the simulation platform.
